Return and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your items for a refund. Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for the shipping costs for your return.  Please email info@theturqtumbleweed.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

Local Pickup/Porch Drop-offs

If you are local to Katy, Texas your purchase qualifies for local pickup. Choose the pickup option at checkout and text or email (info@theturqtumbleweed.com) Sam to coordinate a pickup date and location. 

Turnaround Time

All ready-to-ship items on our website will be ready for shipping/pickup within 2-4 business days. This excludes drop-ship items. 

Drop Shipping

What is dropshipping? These items are fulfilled and shipped to you directly from the vendor. This allows me to offer you a larger variety of products one time. I only shop from trusted vendors to ensure you the best quality product. Exchange and Return policies (see above) apply to drop ship items as well. Items take about a week to ship out, and you will be provided with a tracking number. 

Sizing

The Turquoise Tumbleweed offers a variety of sizes from small up to 3X. All items are true to size, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Model sizes are included in the product descriptions.
